At NEACH, sustainability isn’t an afterthought; it’s embedded into the way we operate, from the ground up. As a structural steel fabricator working on some of Queensland’s most critical infrastructure, we know that building the future means taking responsibility for how we shape it.

That’s why we’ve made clean energy part of our everyday operations.

Our 100kW rooftop solar system powers our workshop, offices, and EV fleet charging stations. This isn’t just a tick-box exercise; it’s a strategy that enhances our energy efficiency, reduces operational costs, and directly lowers our carbon footprint.

Here’s what our system has delivered so far:

• The equivalent of 5,451 trees saved or planted

• Over 853,000 km worth of vehicle emissions avoided

• More than 212 tonnes of CO₂ prevented from entering the atmosphere

It’s more than just numbers, it’s smart infrastructure in action.

We also utilise surplus solar power to charge our fleet of four Tesla Model Ys, reducing fuel costs while aligning with our Tier 1 clients’ emissions targets. As a CC3-certified business, we know compliance and performance go hand-in-hand, and we believe sustainability should too.
