Apprenticeships
Build Your Future In Steel
Apprentices are the foundation of our team. From day one, you’ll get hands-on experience in a supportive environment where safety, quality, and learning come first.
Learn from experts: Work alongside qualified tradespeople on real projects, gaining skills in welding, fabrication, and installation.
Earn while you learn: Complete your nationally recognised qualification with the confidence of paid, secure employment.

Work Experience
We provide four work experience placements annually, giving motivated students the chance to gain real exposure inside a certified CC3 and MRTS78 structural steel fabrication environment. The same environment delivers major infrastructure across Queensland.
We welcome applications from secondary and tertiary students who are genuinely interested in engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing.
Project & Commercial
Behind every successful project is a strong commercial and project management team. At NEACH, we’re always looking for skilled professionals who can deliver precision and certainty across budgets, schedules, and client outcomes.
Opportunities exist across:
Project Management: Coordinating major projects from planning through to on-site delivery.
Estimating: Preparing accurate, detailed costings that help clients make informed decisions.
Commercial Management: Driving contracts, compliance, and client relationships with integrity and expertise.

Graduate Pathways
Our Graduate Program is designed for final-year engineering students and recent graduates ready to put their skills into action. Over 36 months, you’ll gain exposure to every aspect of our operations, from design and drafting to fabrication and installation, with mentorship from leaders who’ve delivered some of Queensland’s most complex projects.
Structured rotations: Experience different disciplines across the business to find your best fit.
Mentorship and training: Learn from senior engineers, project managers, and technical specialists.
Pathway to leadership: Build the foundation for a long-term career in structural steel, with opportunities to lead major projects and teams.
