NEACH focuses on complex industrial, infrastructure, and defence projects. We have a proven history of delivering high-quality structural steel across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Our expertise is tailored for Tier 1 and Tier 2 sectors, where we consistently manage contracts in the $5 million to $20 million range. We balance technical precision with cost efficiency to ensure project milestones are met without compromise.

Our Journey

Founded in 1975 as Noosa Marine and General Engineering by Henry (Spud) Garbacz and his wife Liz.

Starting with humble beginnings as a boiler maker and driving a panel van and trailer, Spud was instrumental in many well-known Sunshine Coast structures, including the Cooroy Brickworks, Cooroy Commonwealth Bank, and ‘The Hastings’ accommodation in Noosa Heads.

Spud combined with North Coast Crane Hire in 1989 and became Noosa Engineering and Crane Hire.

In 2011, our current Managing Director - Ryza took over the baton, taking full ownership and rebranded the company to NEACH.

Under Ryza’s leadership NEACH has grown to service tier 1 and 2 industries and maintains year on year growth and leading performance in the Australian steel industry.
