Hope Island Train Station
Client: Acciona Georgiou Joint Venture
Hope Island station is one of three new stations being delivered on the Gold Coast by the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority to provide better connections for the community.
Hope Island station is set to become a vital link for the local community, providing access to convenient rail services within the Gold Coast and to Brisbane.
NEACH was engaged by AGJV to fabricate the steel work for the station’s lift shafts—key components that ensure seamless accessibility for all passengers.
Our work on this project showcases the precision, quality, and reliability for which NEACH is known. As an MRTS78 pre-qualified fabricator, each structure was required to meet the CC3 certification (AS NZS 5131). From structural integrity to finish, our team ensured every detail met the high standards & certification needed for a project of this scale.
Large-scale infrastructure projects, like Hope Island station, come with significant challenges. The NEACH team navigated unique demands, including installations in high-risk environments within a live rail corridor.
