Fitzroy To Gladstone Pipeline - Warehousing

Client: BMD / McConnell Dowell Joint Venture

Structural steel and site building delivery for the Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline project

NEACH fabricated and installed steel work for multiple site buildings to support this project, including pump housing, a de-watering facility, maintenance buildings, chemical storage, an LV switch room and other operational infrastructure. The package included associated cladding, roofing, roller doors and louvres, requiring coordination across fabrication, procurement, transport and site installation.

NEACH’s capability is strongest when structural steel is delivered as an integrated package. Where a project includes primary structural steel, our team can also incorporate related metalwork, handrails, stairwells, access structures, roofing and cladding elements to improve coordination and accountability across the scope. This approach helps project teams reduce interface risk, simplify delivery responsibility and maintain clearer control from fabrication through to installation.

The Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline project reflects NEACH’s ability to support major infrastructure works with practical, coordinated structural steel delivery across both primary structures and the supporting operational buildings required on site.
