  • Our drafting service uses advanced BIM software -Tekla Structures to complete 3D modelling and workshop drawings for structural steel elements.

    Our experienced team produces detailed plans and conducts site measurements for custom-made elements. Working with architectural, engineering, hydraulic, and civil plans to ensure seamless integration of steel structures and assemblies.

  • NEACH has in-house processing equipment that provides clients with a clear schedule advantage.

    Plate profiling is completed on our Peddinghaus 30kw 5-axis plate laser cutter, delivering high levels of accuracy and repeatability.

    Automated beam drilling, milling, cutting, and scribing is performed on the Peddinghaus CNC Beamline. Integrated with smart data from our Tekla Structures drafting software, these processes reduce programme duration, improve precision, and automate repetitive tasks to support consistent, high-quality outcomes.

  • NEACH delivers high-quality structural steel fabrication supported by in-house capability, experienced tradespeople, and purpose-built facilities designed for efficiency, safety, and repeatable quality. Our trade-qualified personnel include welders certified to ISO 9606 and AS/NZS 1554.1, operating under a full AS/NZS 1554.1 Welding Coordination Programme and supported by an in-house International Welding Engineer (IWE).

    Fabrication activities are undertaken using a fleet of brand-new EWM Phoenix 400 XQ welders and custom-built workstations that enhance safety, efficiency, and consistency across all fabrication tasks.

  • NEACH have experienced project managers who work with our clients to provide a comprehensive onsite installation service. We strive hard to coordinate complex installs ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery through our experienced rigging team.

    Our extensive installation experience gives us the capability of tight and restrictive installs in high risk environments.
