Proud to see NEACH’s apprenticeship program featured by our training delivery partner, Major Training Group.

Their trainers work directly with our apprentices in the workshop, helping connect formal training with the real fabrication work they are doing every day. That consistency supports better skills development, stronger mentoring and a clearer pathway for apprentices to build long-term careers in the trade.

It’s an important part of how we continue to strengthen our workforce and build the capability needed for the infrastructure pipeline ahead.
